A good interior work begins immediately after the structural work. Here is a systematic work progress of a modern town house situated in Thika Greens Golf
resort-a project under the management of Equity bank.
Ceiling Installation
The installation process typically begins with the preparation of the ceiling’s surface. This involves ensuring that the surface is clean, smooth, and level. Any imperfections or irregularities in the surface should be addressed prior to installation, as they can affect the quality of the finished product.
Flooring
Flooring work begins after the completion of the ceiling. Before installation we make sure the floor is fully and well screened to avoid any problem that may be associated with leveling. Thereafter we installed a water proof bamboo laminate floor which has a final finishing and polishing.
Door framing
Door framing is done immediately after floor installation to facilitate easier movement within the rooms without any interferance with other interior
works.
Kitchen & Wardrobe cabinets
We installed a modern kitchen designwith the prorisins of all kitchen appliances. A complete wardrobes for all the bedroom was also installed with provisions of cloth hungers, drawers and open shelves.
Staircases & launding
A staircase is installed first before landing.It is glued and drilled to the provision of the stairs then landing that runs across the entire staircase.
Doors & locksets
We fixed the doors which included the panel and the flashdoors to their respective frames after which the locks were also fixed and confirmed to be working.
Cubical showers& Window seals
We fixed the window seals for all the windows.Cubical showers installed while ensuring that they are well sealed to avoid splashing water out of the cubes.
